Okta/VPN connectivity issues for some users in the West region.

IT is aware of employees facing VPN issues in the WEST.  IT is currently working with out vendors to rectify the situation.  

An ETA for this fix is around 4PM today.

As a workaround, please use the Chicago end point for all connections.

IT will update this article and notify users once this issue is fixed.
