What’s Broken? Due to a vendor issue, Salesforce users are encountering an error when attempting to generate service orders.

When will it be fixed? The vendor is aware of this and is actively working to resolve the issue. We do not have an ETA yet.

What can you do? IT will advise once the issue is resolved.
