Resolved: Slack connectivity issue

Update Oct 25th - This issue has now been resolved. 

What’s Broken?   We are currently seeing some users experiencing issues loading Slack. 

When will it be fixed?  IT is investigating the issue and is working to resolve the issue. We will send an update shortly.
